📋 Description

• Prepare and deliver dynamic, client-tailored demonstrations of DSS, Inc.'s software solutions • Serve as a subject matter expert and build relationships with prospective clients to support the sales cycle and drive business growth • Develop and maintain in-depth understanding of Juno Health software applications and module integration • Lead creation and maintenance of internal and external agendas, documentation, and presentations for demonstrations • Lead large or complex demonstrations for other demonstration team members • Maintain and prepare demonstration environments for demonstration events • Comply with system implementation standards and guidelines • Evaluate demonstration requirements, meet objectives, and develop demonstration approaches • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing on industry trade shows • Represent Juno Health at industry trade shows • Travel up to 75% of the year for sales efforts, trade shows, and management-directed activities; travel may include weekends and holidays • Participate in management-facilitated process improvement opportunities • Work with Sales and Marketing leadership to stay current on product roadmaps and articulate future development to clients and prospects • Review and respond to prospect opportunities through the Sales and Proposal Departments

🎯 Requirements

• High degree of professionalism • Exceptional in-person and remote presentation skills; ability to actively listen and qualify questions • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Teams • Exceptional written and verbal skills • Comfort presenting to and interacting with all levels of management, including C-Suite • Ability to analyze business and integrated workflow needs and align them to software functionality • Ability to maintain accuracy and sensitivity under tight timelines and schedules • Ability to adjust and set priorities to meet deadlines • Ability to organize time effectively, identify barriers to progress, propose solutions, and set priorities • Ability to work effectively in a rapidly growing organization • Customer-service focused, professional, courteous, and articulate • Excellent listening skills and commitment to clear, concise, timely communication • Aptitude for understanding technical and business processes and learning new software • Healthcare industry experience in Information Technology or Clinical Informatics • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills involving complex execution with high attention to detail • Ability to work efficiently under pressure • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combinations of work experience and/or education will be considered • Required clinical license in nursing or another clinical specialty • 3+ years of practical professional experience in software demonstrations • 5+ years of experience working in a healthcare-related work environment • Preferred experience with a healthcare software development vendor or other healthcare setting • Knowledge of interoperability standards: HL7, FHIR, CCD • Understanding of regulatory requirements: HIPAA, Meaningful Use, MACRA/MIPS • Awareness of competitor products and differentiators • Clinician-based experience, such as Registered Nurse or Provider, desired • Ability to travel unassisted up to 75% of the year via common carrier and/or personal automobile
