📋 Description

• Own end-to-end asset readiness for new and existing product capabilities • Manage environments, integrations, synthetic data, reliability checks, and fallback paths • Build compelling prototypes using LLM agents • Create reference flows that make complex capabilities tangible • Connect product capabilities to clear customer outcomes • Work alongside the go-to-market organization to understand complex customer business problems • Create self-service experiences leveraging Docusign's platform • Illustrate the value and benefits of Docusign's offering through an engaging story • Report to the Senior Manager, IAM Solutions as an individual contributor

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with multiple enterprise software platforms such as Slack, Salesforce, Gong, and Glean • Experience with visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau • Experience with interoperability with AI • Experience following a structured design process with a multi-person team or independently • Experience maintaining deliverables and creating technical environments • Experience creating innovative tools to manage deliverable libraries • Experience communicating cross-functionally with Product Management, Product Marketing, Solution Consulting, and Services teams • Experience with the core Docusign platform, including current and future features • 8+ years of experience in a pre-sales demo engineering environment • BS/BA degree in Computer Science with a heavy emphasis on AI tools or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience • Proficiency in delivering software demonstrations in person and virtually • Experience with technical business documentation, including workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs, and RFIs • Experience working with employees at all organizational levels • Familiarity with enterprise-class ERP, CRM, and ECM systems • AI innovation skills including multi-agent solution design, skills building, multi-step workflows, APIs/integrations/MCP, testing, and validation • Experience with tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Windsurf • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Willingness to travel as requested, not more than 20% • Creative skills and technical curiosity to explore new technologies and improve deliverables and creation methods • Willingness to challenge the status quo and continuously improve deliverables and practices • Must already be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without current or future sponsorship
