📋 Description

• Drive company goals and objectives by achieving individual sales quotas • Lead Engagement Management best practices and independently run enterprise sales cycles • Build relationships with Field Sales, customers, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Operations • Align with account and deal strategies, participate in sales cycles, and pitch appropriate services • Scope services, recommend approaches, estimate work effort, and develop Statements of Work • Explain services and training offerings and their customer outcomes • Communicate technical concepts in business or technical terms • Partner with Professional Services on knowledge transfer and issue resolution after deals are sold • Anticipate problems and recommend innovative solutions • Achieve customer satisfaction through the sale of consulting projects • Travel 10–20%

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise-level software consulting or services sales • Bachelor’s Degree • 2+ years of experience as a consultant • Proven track record for attaining and exceeding annual quota • Ability to collaborate with sales to build and execute complex account strategies and sales plays • Ability to scope and estimate projects and drive contracts and deals to closure • Understanding of enterprise development lifecycles, including Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall • Knowledge of SaaS and cloud-based enterprise software offerings • Ability to lead initiatives and support the growth of other Engagement Managers • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, reporting, and presentation expertise • Must already be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without current or future sponsorship
