📋 Description

• Lead, identify, facilitate, and resolve critical technology, product, and security incidents • Lead major incident response and serve as a subject matter expert for Docusign's incident management • Manage strategic projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executive leadership • Handle challenging incidents independently • Develop Docusign's service excellence practice through operational discipline, engineering principles, and automation best practices • Improve availability, reliability, and scalability • Participate in a rotational 24x7x365 shift • Monitor and evaluate high-level incident data for anomalies and correlations • Provide insights into incident trends and propose improvement solutions • Report to the Senior Director, Site Reliability Engineering as an individual contributor

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Incident Management or Site Reliability Engineering, including leadership of major incidents and high-severity situations • Experience with Incident Management tools • Strong programming skills • Experience with troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving in a 24x7x365 environment • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to build and present effective business presentations • Advanced problem identification, judgment, resolution, and decision-making skills • Ability to work interpersonally across various levels and disciplines • Ability to influence and manage without direct authority • Must already be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without current or future sponsorship
