📋 Description

• Lead customers through the business and organizational impact of digital transformation • Provide short- and long-term change management strategies • Oversee commercial projects, including deal structuring, ROI estimation, and Statement of Work drafting • Create strategic programs, charters, roadmaps, and business cases • Facilitate executive-level workshops and strategic discovery sessions • Deliver industry-tailored guidance on regulatory compliance, competitive landscape, authentication, and transformation initiatives • Analyze legacy Agreement applications and develop multi-year roadmaps for migration to the Docusign IAM platform • Create end-to-end process maps comparing ROI and complexity • Manage program-level risks and issues and execute executive-level escalation protocols • Advise technical teams on solution architecture and integration points, including APIs, webhooks, and authentication • Define and track KPIs and ROI to drive platform adoption • Mentor less experienced DTCs and cross-functional teams • Travel up to 25% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a business and technical consultative role with executive-level interaction and a Bachelor's degree; or 6+ years of related experience with a Master's degree • 5+ years of external, customer-facing experience in a SaaS or Professional Services environment • Experience managing large-scale, enterprise-level projects within matrixed organizations • Experience achieving high methodology compliance, such as 90%+, in a program management capacity • Experience with global eSignature regulations, including eIDAS, UETA, and ESIGN • Experience with data governance best practices • External customer-facing experience with large, global, matrixed enterprise accounts preferred • Technical, infrastructure, or development background preferred • Experience leading executive-level workshops and strategic discovery sessions preferred • Strong communication, presentation, and workshopping skills for technical and non-technical audiences preferred • Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without current or future sponsorship
