📋 Description

• Develop a deep understanding of franchisees' businesses, goals, challenges, and growth opportunities within the assigned territory. • Build and maintain strong franchisee relationships as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. • Collaborate with the Vice President of Operations to implement strategies aligned with franchisee goals and company objectives. • Provide personalized coaching and support to optimize operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive growth. • Conduct regular performance reviews, identify improvement areas, and develop action plans. • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate resources, training, and franchisee support. • Analyze franchise performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. • Facilitate communication between franchisees and corporate headquarters, address concerns, share best practices, and resolve issues. • Assist in developing and delivering training programs, workshops, and resources. • Participate in territory-specific meetings and events. • Help evaluate and enhance the franchise partnership program using feedback and data-driven insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • 3-5+ years of experience in retail, restaurant, or franchise operations. • Strong understanding of franchise operations, business strategies, and customer experience principles. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with franchisees. • Proven ability to provide strategic and tactical guidance to drive business growth. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making. • Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of delivering impactful outcomes. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team and cross-functional environment. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities. • Flexibility to travel within the designated territory to meet with franchisees as needed. • Candidate must be based near a major metropolitan airport in FL, GA, TN, or NC.
