📋 Description

• Own, build, and maintain Looker dashboards and data models used by Operations, Finance, and Data Science • Own connectivity between Snowflake, other source data, and Looker, including pipelines, data models, and integrations • Serve as the primary company-wide point of contact for Looker • Field requests, triage issues, and set standards for dashboard development • Oversee data quality and data provenance across the reporting layer • Deliver insights supporting operational decisions involving SLAs, exception management, escalations, hands-on time reporting, turnaround times, and vendor management • Design and help build an agentic reporting layer using AI reporting agents • Learn and leverage the title insurance and real estate problem domain

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years contributing to data analytics, business intelligence, or data science projects • Professional experience using Looker, including LookML, dashboard design, and data modeling • Ability to write complex SQL joins • Professional experience writing code with proficiency in Python, git, and similar tools • Ability to communicate technical concepts to people throughout the company, including business partners in Operations, Product, and senior leadership
