📋 Description

• Collaborate with teams across the organization, including Network Engineering and Operations and Field Operations, to build data-driven dashboards, reports, and insights • Dive deep into complex data to solve business problems • Collaborate with colleagues to uncover key findings and present recommendations • Manage projects from start to finish, proactively address challenges, and ensure deliverable accuracy and timeliness • Build tools using SQL and visualization technologies such as Looker/GCP to help teams make smarter decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience • 5 years of experience working with data sets, visualizations, modeling and dashboards • 3 years experience utilizing data based modeling to present to stakeholders at all levels • 3 years experience utilizing SQL to turn raw data into actionable intelligence using dashboard technologies and data visualization tools • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform tools for data analysis and visualization (e.g., BigQuery, Looker) preferred • Knowledge of ticketing systems like Service Now and Salesforce, and network systems like Netcracker, Axiros, and Alepo preferred • Experience collaborating with colleagues across teams to successfully deliver projects and prioritize tasks preferred • Comprehensive understanding in translating data analysis into actionable business recommendations preferred • Exceptional communication skills and experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences preferred • Understanding of how systems and tools interact with data and analytics, and ability to collaborate with engineering teams preferred • This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
