📋 Description

• Own the bank partner relationship portfolio • Manage existing partners and evaluate new ones • Support negotiations on commercial terms, operational SLAs, and integration roadmaps • Own the operational health of ACH, OCT, AFT, and cash rails • Drive cost-per-transaction down and reliability up • Build the playbook, SLA, and automation for disputes, suspensions, and support • Set the budget, manage banking partner spend, and drive cost-efficiency roadmap • Partner with Product and Engineering on payments infrastructure investments

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in banking operations, treasury operations, or payments operations at a high-growth tech, fintech, or financial services company • At least 2 years of people management experience • Owned a P&L or meaningful budget • Managed bank or BaaS partners • Experience negotiating with banking partners (e.g., Stripe, Marqeta, Adyen, Galileo) • Ability to influence across Finance, Legal, Product, and Engineering • Experience turning manual operations into a scaled function
