📋 Description

• Help develop growth plans and spearhead the day to day execution for a portfolio of brands • Engage partners in growth strategy conversations • Strategically introduce and execute on new DoorDash product opportunities • Execute co-marketing campaigns with partners • Develop & foster partner relationships with C-suite and strategy leads • Conduct Business Reviews with partners to deepen relationships and review performance • Serve as the primary point of contact for all issues and be accountable for their resolution • Drive operational improvement to ensure a high quality experience for DoorDash customers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence the overall product roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in consulting, client success, account management, or sales • Experience managing senior external stakeholders and influencing across cross-functional teams • Demonstrated ability to independently own a portfolio and drive execution across multiple workstreams • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues, develop solutions, and move work forward in ambiguous environments • High data fluency, with the ability to analyze performance trends, draw actionable insights, and use data to inform partner strategy and decision-making • Proficiency with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) • Expert communication and interpersonal skills • Bachelor’s degree required
