• Design playbooks to measure and grow new Merchant volume for new business lines • Quickly become an expert about product, operations, and Merchants • Build models, create documents, and implement processes to win deals and enhance customer experiences • Perform comprehensive analysis and make insightful recommendations about business strategy
🎯 Requirements
• Strong cross-functional skills and experience with projects spanning multiple teams • Organized with an appreciation for following process and thorough documentation • Previous experience working in eCommerce and/or logistics • Curious about the business with the ability to ask great questions and challenge the status quo
