📋 Description

• Drive growth on the DoorDash Reservations Marketplace • Define and operationalize how merchants grow their reservations on DoorDash • Turn ambiguous problems into clear playbooks • Design repeatable growth motions • Enable internal teams to execute consistently and effectively • Invent the future of local commerce • Own new business opportunities from 0-to-1 and 1-to-100 across GO and card-linking • Partner with cross-functional teams and external partners to bring new use cases to market • Identify and solve high-leverage problems to grow DoorDash's in-store presence • Leverage AI as a force multiplier • Report to a Strategy & Operations Director within the In-Store team

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, consulting, banking, or a high-growth tech environment • Ideally, experience building a new product, program, or business line from 0-to-1 and 1-to-100 • Bias to action and agility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment • Ability to create clarity and focus in complex, ambiguous problem spaces • Executive communication skills and ability to articulate a clear vision to cross-functional partners • Ability to manage up and across DoorDash and engage with senior leaders • Track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing teams • Maturity to attract, hire, and retain top talent while scaling • Customer-first thinking balanced with merchant economics • Early, heavy adoption of AI tools for problem solving • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and external partners
