📋 Description

• Lead investigations into allegations involving unauthorized access, data misuse, and insider threat signals • Conduct interviews of complainants, subjects, and witnesses • Draft clear investigative reports with defensible findings and conclusions • Partner with internal Security teams to interpret system logs, access patterns, and digital evidence • Translate technical findings into clear investigative narratives • Assess employee intent, credibility, and level of risk • Support decision-making in legal, regulatory, or reputational exposure • Prepare, maintain, and track all case-related documents • Develop effective relationships with cross-functional partners • Utilize investigation data to provide strategic insights • Consult with in-house attorneys for compliance • Drive continuous improvement of Workplace Investigations

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS • 8+ years of relevant experience in workplace investigations, human resources, employee relations, security, and/or employment law • 5+ years of experience conducting complex, high-risk investigations • Experience working with technical or digital evidence • Ability to operate in ambiguous, high-stakes environments • Operational excellence in case management • Highly organized and detail oriented • Experience managing relationships with diverse stakeholders • Outstanding communication skills and expert report writing • Flexibility and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment
