• Develop understanding of the assigned district, including market potential, customer demographics, and competitive landscape • Collaborate with dealerships to ensure quality experiences and high customer satisfaction • Build and maintain relationships throughout dealer organizations • Manage daily activities, plans, goals, and financial resources • Communicate customer and dealer needs to relevant departments • Contribute to annual district strategies and individual dealer plans • Drive district parts sales and effective stocking behaviors to meet AOP targets • Promote parts and service programs at dealerships • Advise dealership staff on service and maintenance practices • Support new dealerships in establishing parts/service departments and evaluate capabilities • Assist with dealer termination processes as needed • Support dealer performance through daily interactions, quarterly Parts/Service reviews, and action-plan meetings • Create actionable plans and ensure execution for compliance and continuous improvement • Resolve customer complaints jointly with dealers and provide timely follow-up • Provide technical resources during challenging customer-service situations
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred; Associate's degree or equivalent education combined with extensive relevant experience also considered • 2–4 years of experience in parts and service management, operations management, or customer support within relevant industries • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proactive engagement skills for building and maintaining relationships • Understanding of mechanical principles and equipment troubleshooting skills • Proficiency in using performance data to promote accountability and implement positive changes • Strong organizational skills to balance travel commitments and remote work tasks • Ability to influence and motivate dealers and colleagues toward shared objectives • Experience in team meetings and presenting ideas clearly • Positive and constructive approach to challenges • Required to travel 50–75% within the assigned District, including occasional air travel • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
