📋 Description

• Process applications for name, payment, or term changes • Manage a pipeline of files within required timelines and protocols • Correspond with all parties regarding required documents and timeframes, including outside vendors • Obtain and review documents for completeness • Prepare and review completed loan packages for accuracy, as applicable, and ensure timely delivery to specialists according to departmental guidelines • Demonstrate knowledge of and adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and organizational processes • Complete annual regulatory compliance training • Perform additional duties as assigned • Report to the Supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 1–2 years working knowledge of loan origination processing • Proficient with Microsoft applications and loan servicing platforms • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to handle complex, multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Effective verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to always interact in a positive and professional manner with all levels of both internal and external audiences • Must successfully complete annual regulatory compliance training • Ability to work in an on-site office setting or a quiet, designated work-from-home space free from distractions and noise • May be required to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
