📋 Description

• Ensure servicing meets quality control standards in accordance with investor, insurer, regulatory, and bank requirements and guidelines • Perform comprehensive quality control audits of loan subservicing operations • Validate audit findings using predetermined templates and department goals • Review and complete audit files and timelines • Communicate discrepancies and work toward correcting illogical findings • Perform reporting reconciliations • Prepare, maintain, and provide weekly and monthly quality reports • Assist with planning, testing, and reporting for departmental quality initiatives • Build and maintain constructive working relationships with employees • Learn new skills and expand job knowledge through assigned learning programs • Prepare department information to perform accurate audits • Maintain and update assigned audits • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of department policies and procedures • Identify process improvement opportunities • Assess and interact with vendors • Complete annual regulatory compliance training • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent • 1+ years of Mortgage Servicing or similar experience • Experience with creating or implementing quality monitoring procedures • Experience performing root cause analyses • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, database analysis, and query software • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to handle complex, multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including explaining complex matters clearly and concisely • Working knowledge of mortgage servicing processes and applicable regulations (preferred) • Experience with MSP (preferred)
