📋 Description

• Lead and oversee technical aspects of CO2 refrigeration installation projects • Supervise onsite and offsite project activities • Create or follow detailed project execution plans and sequence project activities • Coordinate with customers, contractors, and team leaders to complete onsite projects • Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot refrigeration systems • Ensure compliance with AMS specifications, industrial standards, and best practices • Prepare and implement client communication and reporting plans • Determine project resources and develop/manage cost budgets to meet required margins • Understand the full scope of commercial refrigeration installation, startup, commissioning, and deliverables • Develop contractor project plans when required • Review project schedules with senior management and affected staff, coordinating revisions • Review completed work quality against project standards • Maintain proactive client communication and deliver against client issues and expectations • Travel to job sites and document reports for customers and the internal office team • Travel 90–100% of work time • Maintain client relationships and identify future business opportunities • Stay updated on CO2 and other refrigeration industry trends and advancements • Ensure DFR-AMS and customer safety standards are followed onsite • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • Proven experience in refrigeration system startup and commissioning, particularly in CO2 refrigeration systems • Ten (10) + years of experience in the refrigeration industry • Ability to troubleshoot commercial refrigeration equipment and see project to completion • Ability to adapt to changing construction deadlines and be well-organized • Knowledge of CO2 refrigeration systems • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and P&IDs • Strong understanding of parallel rack systems, refrigeration cycles, system design, and installation processes • Knowledge of EMS, Danfoss controller, and Copeland controls • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions • Ability to work with large dollar amounts and perform arithmetic using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and interpret bar graphs and tracking documents • Ability to protect confidential company information • Ability to communicate effectively and expeditiously while maintaining professional conduct • Knowledge of refrigeration, project management, workplace safety, customer relations, and accounting processes • Adherence to company and OSHA safety guidelines and protocols • May be required to wear personal protective equipment
