📋 Description

• Review and advise on English and Spanish offer terms, marketing assets, and customer-facing messaging • Serve as the in-house legal translation expert by translating legal content between English and Spanish • Partner with teams to deliver legally compliant communications that reflect brand voice • Review translations from outside counsel, vendors, and internal contributors • Help develop and improve AI-assisted translation tools • Counsel stakeholders on marketing, advertising, and responsible gaming matters

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school with active membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction • At least 2 years of legal experience supporting marketing, intellectual property, regulatory, consumer protection, or advertising matters • Native or near-native fluency in Spanish with professional legal translation certification • Exceptional attention to detail with precise legal translations in English and Spanish • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Curiosity for applying emerging technologies, including AI, to improve legal translations
