📋 Description
• Engage with high-potential customers through various communication channels • Evaluate customer's potential for placement in the DraftKings VIP Program • Develop and optimize strategies for customer engagement and qualification • Compile feedback to support improvements to the onboarding process • Contribute to business acquisition efforts for new state product launches
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field • at least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role • analytical and solutions-focused mindset • adaptability in a fast-paced environment • willingness to travel and work nights and weekends • ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses
