📋 Description

• Review, analyze, and process pharmacy claims accurately and timely in a remote call center environment • Identify discrepancies and investigate claim issues • Determine appropriate claim resolutions • Communicate with pharmacies, providers, and internal teams to clarify information and resolve errors • Support audits and quality reviews by maintaining detailed, accurate claim documentation • Identify trends and share insights to improve claim accuracy and efficiency • Uphold confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and corporate policy standards

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of pharmacy claims or healthcare operations experience • 1+ years in pharmacy claims billing • Experience with pharmacy claims adjudication • Experience working in a pharmacy environment • Working knowledge of pharmacy billing procedures, insurance verification, and third-party payer systems • Strong analytical, organizational, and data-entry skills • Proficiency in claims processing platforms and Microsoft Office tools • Ability to communicate professionally with providers and team members • High attention to detail • High school diploma or better required • CPhT or EXCPT preferred • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM EST, with every fourth weekend rotation • Knowledge of HIPAA and corporate policy standards • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
