For over 30 years it has delivered SaaS-based POS (Patheon), tunnel management, vehicle identification, EMV payment processing, analytics, and marketing services to car wash operators, chains, and investors, along with hardware, support, and training.

📋 Description

• Manage inbound and outbound calls for orders and RMAs • Monitor and maintain the open call queue for DRB Tunnel Orders • Provide product and component information and recommend appropriate parts • Prepare hardware and software quotes and follow up within 30 days • Process orders, shipments, and Return Merchandise Authorizations accurately • Create and update order documentation in Salesforce, including customer feedback and resolutions • Configure and test equipment sent through the aftermarket process • Assist Service Technicians with loaner and swap equipment • Provide order support to Accounting, Sales, Development, and Operations • Resolve complex customer service issues and escalate when necessary • Communicate significant customer and employee issues to supervisors and Operations Management • Communicate company policies and service standards to internal and external customers • Participate in initiatives to improve order accuracy, reduce incoming calls, and enhance customer satisfaction • Perform other duties assigned by Management

🎯 Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with 2+ years of experience • Experience providing customer support in a service or product sales environment • Previous experience in parts ordering is a plus • Prior work with technical products or services is a plus • Must be able to work 10am–7pm Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays • Uninterrupted high-speed Internet connection (DSL/Cable) • Android or iPhone smartphone for dual authentication • Ability to remain in a stationary position for 90% of the time • Ability to set up and support a home office environment • Employees must arrange for childcare during work hours • Ability to travel up to 5–10% for trainings, sales meetings, and team building
