📋 Description

• Work as part of the energy efficiency team to ensure utility-sponsored energy efficiency projects are successfully evaluated, implemented, and verified • Review project applications and submittals from program partners, contractors, and other participants for compliance with program policies and procedures • Perform basic data scrubbing, analysis, and interpretation • Conduct desktop reviews and quality evaluations of internal, external, and client materials • Review technical specifications, work orders, certificates of completion, and invoices for energy efficiency projects • Upload records into the program database • Process applications and paperwork for program incentive payments according to established policies and procedures • Apply detailed knowledge of organizational procedures to make independent decisions and serve as a resource for senior management • Evaluate and verify application eligibility • Identify and escalate residential projects requiring additional health and safety reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher • 1+ years of professional work experience, or one year of related education may substitute for one year of work experience • Must be able to pass a background check • Flexibility and reliability, with a strong work ethic • Ability to prioritize and deliver high-quality work • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and contribute as a team player • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent problem-solving skills, including analyzing situations, identifying problems, recommending solutions, and escalating application issues appropriately • Proficiency with MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) • Knowledge of or experience in residential energy efficiency, weatherization, HVAC, residential construction, or similar trades preferred • Experience analyzing and reporting trends preferred
