Patients complete clinician-led video consultations, take award-winning home sleep tests, and receive personalized treatment plans — all coordinated from home and supported by licensed physicians and nurse practitioners. The service verifies insurance benefits, covers most of the U. S. , and integrates with in-lab testing and devices (e. g. , WatchPAT) when needed.

📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based sleep medicine treatment through Dreem Health’s fully remote platform • Deliver 20 hours of patient care per week • Interpret sleep-related studies and clinical information • Collaborate with clinical and cross-functional teams • Contribute to the growth and development of Dreem Health’s clinical model • Help shape how sleep medicine is practiced nationally • Mentor the next generation of sleep clinicians • Guide clinical standards and explain clinical insights to product, engineering, operations, and marketing stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• M.D. with a preference of experience in family medicine, ENT, neurology, or anesthesiology • Must be licensed in CA and at least one additional state • Board Certified in Sleep Medicine • 1+ years in sleep medicine or sleep fellowship completion • Startup mindset: scrappy, solutions-oriented, hands-on, with a “build, test, learn” approach • Comfort navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast-paced environments • Proficient with EMRs, digital health tools, and telemedicine platforms • Passion for improving healthcare access and patient outcomes • Ability to inspire teams, lead with vision, and guide clinical standards • Ability to work across product, engineering, operations, and marketing stakeholders • Openness to feedback and co-creating processes with non-clinical teammates • Exceptional communication skills • Adaptability in a fast-growing healthcare tech environment
