📋 Description

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including video visit appointments and message-based care • Manage patients with a broad array of patient needs virtually, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits • Adopt standard work and clinical protocols for evidence-based clinical care • Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuous-learning modalities • Collaborate with teammates and leadership via daily huddles • Provide collaborative oversight of 4–8 NP or PA colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program • Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in a primary care or virtual primary care setting • Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine • Active state license in either CA, NY, or DC • Minimum of 15 state licenses • Willingness to obtain and maintain additional licenses with support from the One Medical Credentialing Team • Passion for human-centered primary care • Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Openness to feedback and reflection • Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues • Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to patient needs • Adaptability and flexibility in a growth-phase clinical organization
