📋 Description

• Develop and execute channel strategies for Amazon and TikTok Shop to grow sales, market share, awareness, and profitability • Define each marketplace’s role in the broader omnichannel strategy with senior leadership • Own channel P&L, forecasting, and annual planning • Manage day-to-day marketplace performance, including listings, catalogs, pricing, inventory, fulfillment, promotions, merchandising, and content quality • Maintain account health, compliance, listing integrity, MAP and pricing governance, and unauthorized seller monitoring • Build relationships with Amazon and TikTok Shop account teams, agencies, and third-party service providers • Negotiate terms and manage partnerships • Track marketplace KPIs and competitive and category trends • Prepare and present performance reports to executive leadership • Own marketplace advertising strategy across Amazon Ads and TikTok Shop ads • Set growth and profitability goals and monitor advertising efficiency • Identify growth opportunities, lead pilots, and scale successful initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Experience and skills sufficient to develop and execute Amazon and TikTok Shop channel strategies • Experience owning marketplace P&L, forecasting, and annual planning • Knowledge of listing and catalog management, pricing, inventory health, fulfillment, promotions, merchandising, and marketplace compliance • Experience with Amazon and TikTok Shop account and partner management • Analytics experience tracking GMV, conversion, share of search, buy box ownership, contribution margin, inventory turns, and account health • Experience with Amazon Ads, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display, and DSP • Experience with TikTok Shop ads, budget allocation, targeting, and bidding • Knowledge of TACoS and contribution margin optimization • Experience leading pilots, test-and-learn initiatives, and digital commerce innovation
