📋 Description

• Play a pivotal role in securing goods, services, and supplies essential to both customer-facing and internal operations • Leverage Oracle Fusion ERP to prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders with accuracy • Manage purchase order timelines to ensure uninterrupted supply • Support organizational objectives through robust reporting and procurement forecasting • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the procure to pay process • Communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and suppliers while applying sound judgment • Monitor purchase order life cycles to ensure timely closure of fulfilled orders • Generate and analyze reports on category purchases • Support procurement forecasting efforts by evaluating historical purchasing trends • Negotiate favorable terms, secure volume discounts, and establish long-term contracts with suppliers.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS Degree in Business, Supply Chain • 1-3 yrs of work experience in supply chain, procurement and procurement operations • In lieu of degree 5-7 years of experience • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Experience generating and analyzing data for business insights • Ability to work with team and cross-functionally • Oracle Fusion ERP experience preferred.
