📋 Description

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls • Educate customers and answer questions regarding their warranties • Navigate customer interactions and manage customer conflict • Provide world-class customer service in a fast-paced call center environment • Anticipate customer needs and help evolve self-service options • Identify problems and find solutions for challenging customer calls • Meet customer service goals and time-sensitive deliverables • Work collaboratively in a high-functioning team environment

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred • 3+ years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment • Ability to meet time-sensitive deliverable due dates • Strong problem-solving skills • Positive emotional resilience when handling challenging calls • Automotive industry experience is a plus • Exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, including labor guides and part pricing, preferred • Must have an approved, conducive, quiet home workspace with no distractions • Reliable and secure internet required • Must be located in AZ, FL, GA, NC, TN, TX, UT, or NV • Successful completion of background and drug screening required
