📋 Description

• Work alongside experienced professionals on real-world software engineering challenges and solutions impacting millions of users • Ship a high-priority project from start to finish, contributing to mission-critical software development • Use AI tools such as Copilot to improve productivity and code quality • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop and deploy next-generation Dropbox product features • Participate in rapid prototyping, iterative development and structured feedback • Design user-centric, usable and intuitive solutions • Participate in tech talks and professional development workshops • Participate in team matching based on interests, strengths, business needs and location • Build software across potential teams including Product Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Customer Experience Technology, Mobile Engineering and Security Engineering • Receive mentorship, guidance and continuous feedback throughout the internship

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field involving coding, such as physics or mathematics • Graduating in Fall/Winter 2027 or Spring 2028; this should be the final internship before graduating • Experience writing or shipping software through coursework, personal projects, internships, coding competitions or research • Experience coding in Python, Go, JavaScript or similar programming languages • Available for a Summer 2027 full-time internship, 40 hours per week for 12 weeks • Must work from the designated primary work location throughout the internship; requests to work from another location, including another country, require advance approval and may be restricted by company, legal, payroll or security requirements • Passion for learning, solving problems and challenging the status quo
