• Oversee performance, growth, and development of a prominent high tech account • Lead the conceptualization and negotiation of new Global Commercial Framework • Develop innovative strategies to improve profitability and reduce commercial risk • Drive innovation for all commercial aspects, business reporting, proposals, etc. • Responsible for account P/L • Lead the Business Management team within the Customer GCM account
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Logistics or equivalent fields • A minimum of 10 years logistics operations management experience and/or commercial/business development experience with "big box", e-commerce or specialty retailers or 3PL company • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications • Excellent verbal, written and visual/presentation communication skills • Ability to work and meet timelines under pressure • Direct experience preparing budgets and participating in financial reviews
