📋 Description

• Shape and operationalize the strategic direction of the Insights function. • Lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists and researchers. • Drive enterprise-wide analytics initiatives. • Collaborate closely with executive leadership and across teams. • Influence product, marketing, and business strategies. • Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making and empower teams with actionable insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, or related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 8 years of progressive experience in data analytics, data science, or user research, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing multidisciplinary insights teams required. • Proven track record of translating data and research into executive-level strategic recommendations that drive business and product outcomes. • Experience working in SaaS, fintech, or digital platforms, with demonstrated success influencing product development and customer experience strategies through insights is required. • Hands-on experience managing vendor relationships, tooling budgets, and analytics platforms such as Looker, Fullstory, Pendo, SQL, or similar is required. • Experience implementing enterprise applications for external customers and expertise in user testing methodologies and research strategies are preferred.
