📋 Description

• Lead the design and delivery of professional learning advancing secondary mathematics instruction, student math identity, and student outcomes • Design professional learning sessions, tools, and frameworks aligned with organizational systems and priorities • Facilitate professional learning and coaching in assigned schools • Monitor implementation fidelity using data and provide targeted guidance to facilitators • Adjust session delivery and coaching approaches to address challenges and district constraints • Build systems supporting reflection, risk-taking, and continuous learning within school teams • Collect and analyze school feedback to improve session design, tools, and facilitation frameworks • Test and refine professional learning tools and sessions for educator uptake and scale readiness • Track educator and leader progress toward implementation milestones • Evaluate teacher-practice and student-learning evidence to adjust sessions, coaching, and supports • Report implementation progress, instructional challenges, and early indicators of student learning improvements to senior leadership and stakeholders • Coach facilitators and school-based leaders to implement professional learning frameworks with fidelity and independence • Establish feedback loops, collaborative processes, and routines to strengthen team effectiveness • Communicate session goals, progress, and strategic adjustments clearly to colleagues, school staff, and district partners • Embody organizational core values and uphold professional standards

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience designing and facilitating professional learning for teachers, school leaders, and district leaders • Deep knowledge of secondary mathematics, including math content knowledge, math knowledge for teaching, and pedagogical content knowledge • Deep understanding of instructional leadership practices, including analyzing instructional data, promoting instructional coherence, building collective teacher efficacy, and cultivating trust • Advanced knowledge of designing and facilitating connected professional learning and coaching using adult learning principles • Experience supporting curriculum implementation and fostering student math identity • Strong ability to use teacher, leader, and student data to refine professional learning • Expertise in adaptive coaching and capacity building • Track record of implementing learning programs across multiple schools or workstreams preferred • Legally authorized to work in the United States
