📋 Description

• Act as a liaison between the direct fulfillment program manager, demand planners, and the DSV fulfillment site • Ensure commitments from demand planning groups remain within agreed product lead times • Resolve material delivery delays within agreed timelines • Manage and report lead times for customer purchase orders • Expedite purchase orders as needed • Ensure the recommit process is followed • Review backlog reports and coordinate escalations with suppliers • Review recommits and rejected expedited requests • Review supplier build and ship plans against purchase order commit dates • Identify, document, and report potential on-time shipment issues weekly • Manually schedule orders outside the product’s scheduled lead time and identify causes • Monitor purchase orders to ensure shipment within lead time • Report on lead-time commitment attainment and manage corrective actions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred • High school diploma program or equivalent required • Generally 2–4 years of related experience preferred • Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills • Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation • Ability to pass required federal, state, local government, airport, or company background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests • Ability to work on complex problems requiring in-depth analysis • Ability to exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies • Ability to interact regularly with peers, management, and senior management • Ability to determine methods and procedures on new assignments and provide guidance to lower-level personnel
