📋 Description

• Generate insights to guide operational strategy and day-to-day execution • Gather customer insights, mine data, make recommendations, and support senior leaders’ business decisions • Uncover trends and correlations to improve operational decisions • Apply data mining, quantitative analysis, and statistical models to understand customer interactions and improve customer experience • Collaborate across the organization to develop best practices and advocate for enterprise-wide tool improvements • Design, develop, and maintain performance metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards • Ensure data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation • Work with management on important issues and projects • Assess and document business procedures; develop recommended methods, implementation plans, schedules, and management reports • Maintain recordkeeping databases and produce reports • Review reports and recommend productivity and efficiency improvements • Research and analyze comparable organizations and operations • Support strategic-client business reviews by developing and presenting materials demonstrating DSV performance and value creation • Analyze business cases and data to identify cost-savings initiatives and develop client case studies • Develop client relationship management skills through implementation support, AQP meetings, Deep Dives, and Business Reviews • Design, develop, and implement IT solutions across functions • Analyze and document client requirements and implement standardized best-practice IT solutions with business leaders and clients • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred • 5+ years’ experience in Warehouse or Distribution Operations preferred, with emphasis in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, Business, or Sales and Marketing • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office Suite, Excel pivot tables and formulas, Windows, and Visio • English reading, writing, and verbal skills • Ability to handle basic statistical control methods • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability to manage time, multitask, and prioritize • Excellent analytical skills • BigQuery and ability to write advanced SQL queries • Ability to clean and validate data • Experience with Data Studio, gSheets, gSlides, Apps Script, AppSheet, and Gemini • Ability to implement and validate corrective and preventative actions • MS Office, including Access and Excel, pivot tables expertise • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in a matrix environment across multiple company units • Understanding of DSV’s business strategy, vision, operations, and regional working relationships • Ability to gain knowledge of client-specific strategic objectives • Ability to meet stated physical demands, including regularly lifting or moving objects up to 10 pounds
