📋 Description

• Lead User Insights team, turning user behavior into actionable product decisions • Collaborate across qualitative and quantitative research methods • Design research systems to inform product decisions ahead of roadmap commitments • Conduct longitudinal studies to inform onboarding and messaging strategies • Consolidate research findings into decision-ready briefs for cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in senior leadership roles in user insights/research • Deep practitioner-level command of quantitative and qualitative methods • Able to create measurement approaches from first principles • Experience in consumer-facing tech company with a substantial US user base • Background in environments with daily sequenced A/B experiments • Track record of developing researchers with measurable improvement • Comfort representing research strategy to senior leadership in terms of business outcomes • Experience in resource-constrained organizations
