📋 Description

• Develop and articulate strategies for development, membership, sponsorship and grants • Create and implement annual fundraising strategies • Oversee and implement stewardship activities that increase donor retention • Cultivate, solicit, and steward donors who give $1,000+ annually • Develop strategies to secure major gifts • Manage and grow portfolio of major donors • Serve as a contact for current and prospective members • Facilitate regular strategy meetings • Plan and execute cultivation events

🎯 Requirements

• Personal faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord • Agreement to and affirmation of the NAE Statement of Faith • Minimum of three years of professional development experience • Strong communication skills and attention to detail • Organizational and interpersonal skills • Willingness to work as part of a team • Flexibility to adjust to needs of a small office • Capability and experience to fulfill responsibilities listed
