📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with VP, SVP, and C-suite leaders • Engage corporate stakeholders across land, development, and operations • Position TraceAir as a strategic enterprise partner • Partner with Account Executives to open executive doors • Support multi-division and enterprise-level deals • Contribute to national agreement strategies • Design and deliver high-impact training with Customer Enablement • Help customers improve efficiency and reduce costs • Translate real-world experience into actionable guidance • Identify customer pain points and inefficiencies • Partner with Product to inform roadmap decisions • Ensure solutions reflect real-world use cases • Accelerate adoption across divisions • Connect division-level success to corporate strategy • Reduce friction in enterprise buying processes

🎯 Requirements

• Former VP, SVP, or above at a national or large regional homebuilder • Experience operating across divisions or at corporate level • Background in land development, operations, or similar functions • Strong executive presence and credibility • Ability to influence without authority • Ability to translate experience into strategic insights • Curious and forward-thinking • Interested in shaping industry evolution • Energized by strategy and impact
