📋 Description

• Administer and support Dayforce modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Onboarding, Self-Service, Learning, Security, Org Setup, and Reporting • Resolve HRIS and ATS support tickets in Freshservice and escalate complex issues to the HRIS Manager • Troubleshoot system issues, process gaps, and unexpected results; recommend fixes • Run mass data imports and audits, identify discrepancies, and resolve data issues • Support iCIMS operations and its connections to Dayforce • Configure, test, and roll out new modules and enhancements • Execute organizational structure updates, including job titles, EEO-1 classifications, and pay grades • Coordinate annual merit increase and bonus data uploads • Contribute to electronic personnel file system implementation • Configure and test benefit plan changes and annual Open Enrollment • Review and test Dayforce and iCIMS upgrades and patches; document impacts • Build and maintain custom HR reports and dashboards, including scheduled reports and OData functionality • Prepare and validate EEO-1, VETS-4212, AAP, benefits census, carrier enrollment, and ad hoc reports • Maintain and troubleshoot the iCIMS-Dayforce-Deltek Vantagepoint integration • Coordinate system changes and fixes with IT, Accounting, Payroll, and Benefits • Troubleshoot iCIMS issues with the vendor • Assess systems and processes for future HR technology planning • Maintain clean, documented HR data • Write and maintain procedures, job aids, system documentation, and Freshservice knowledge articles • Train system users on new processes and functionality

🎯 Requirements

• Years of hands-on HRIS experience, including configuring and supporting an enterprise HRIS or HCM platform • Direct experience with Dayforce HCM • Strong understanding of HRIS/HCM systems across HR, payroll, benefits, and talent processes • Direct experience with an ATS such as iCIMS • Experience building and maintaining system reports • Experience with mass data imports, data audits, and resolving data issues • Working knowledge of EEO-1 and VETS-4212 compliance reporting • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, lookups, and pivot tables • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field • Ability to work independently and partner across departments remotely and in office • Preferred: experience with Workday, UKG, ADP, or Oracle • Preferred: HRIS/HCM selection, implementation, or data migration experience • Preferred: Dayforce Open Enrollment setup and benefits configuration • Preferred: experience with iCIMS • Preferred: HRIS-to-ERP integrations, especially Deltek Vantagepoint • Preferred: ITSM or ticketing tools such as Freshservice • Preferred: OData or other reporting/BI tools • Preferred: Dayforce, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or other HRIS/HR-related certifications • Successful candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check • Must have U.S. work authorization
