📋 Description

• Support the strategy behind how Parexel wins clinical research projects • Assess and develop strategy for proposals and bid pursuits • Initiate, conduct, coordinate, and analyze ongoing customer engagements • Feed customer engagement information back into Commercial and Delivery • Interview Project Leaders and Clinical Operations Leaders after the last patient in (LPI) milestone • Document and communicate project challenges and lessons learned to Commercial and Delivery teams • Develop and execute Sales Operations activities aligned with SBU, departmental, and corporate strategies • Develop processes for the timely delivery of actionable information to Management • Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Commercial, and Delivery teams • Identify and understand trends, business needs, and sales data supporting organizational goals • Monitor and refine data and information collection processes using continuous improvement metrics • Turn customer and sales insights into actionable information for leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business discipline • 0 - 2 years experience in a relevant field such as sales operations, business development, or commercial strategy • Understanding of commercial and bid tools and software • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to comprehend complex financial concepts • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface at multiple organizational levels • Strengths in strategic thinking, business acumen, critical thinking, and information synthesis • Demonstrated leadership, with the ability to foster teamwork, build trust, coach teams, and drive toward the achievement of goals • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills • Executive presence to build relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders at all levels • Collaborative, inclusive, and proactive attitude • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills • Comfort working with commercial and bid tools and software, such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and proposal or presentation automation platforms
