📋 Description

• Manage 4th party relationships with Network Carriers to ensure SOP compliance, delivery performance, properly timed billing, and overall customer satisfaction • Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax them to Network Carriers • Research and update orders on Restoration Hardware’s “Ready to be Scheduled” (RTBS) report; work with Network Carriers to get orders scheduled • Process Return Authorizations (RAs), RA Clarifications, Pending RAs, Not in iDirect RAs, etc. for all locations • Manage the Open RA report monthly • Research orders on the “Over 50” report by obtaining a POD from the Network Carrier or conducting a follow-up survey with the customer to confirm delivery; update the system so the client can be invoiced • Respond to pending invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team • Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for orders with a scheduled date • Assist the Operations Supervisor with building return trucks • Serve as backup for the Operations Supervisor’s phone and email • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Operations background (Logistics and/or Transportation) • Meets corporate competency model requirements • Organization skills • Ability to understand and follow work procedures • Communication skills (verbal and written) • Ability to build professional relationships • Practical Learning skills • One (1) year or more years related experience required • Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship • Bachelor's degree preferred
