📋 Description

• Assist purchasing activities and learn customer vendor contracts, agreements, program rules, price lists, SKUs, cost negotiation, audits, internal controls, ETAs, customer returns, and daily purchasing reports • Monitor the team queue and reassign cases as needed • Submit requests and manage cases related to Software License, Cloud, Activations, and Warranty lifecycle operations within established service level agreements • Take actions to activate and register customer purchases according to vendor requirements • Track deliverables to close out orders and assist in revenue recognition • Develop and maintain relationships through webinars and conversations with vendor and supplier inside support

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable • Basic ability in Microsoft 365 Business applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio, and SharePoint • Attention to detail in composing, keying, and proofing professional business materials • Ability to express oneself clearly and professionally in written and oral communication • Demonstrated discretion and ability to work in a confidential executive environment using good judgment • Routine problem-solving ability and ability to identify when escalation is needed • Ability to identify process improvements and system enhancements in a changing environment • Basic working knowledge of Cloud, Software, Activations, and Warranty operation processes and procedures • Ability to advise and train team members • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet fixed service levels • Ability to learn new things with minimal direction or training
