📋 Description
• Run day-to-day casino operations end-to-end • Oversee game launches, RTP configs, limits, and availability • Monitor performance — GGR, hold, player behaviour, anomalies • Own payments and withdrawals — smooth processing, fast resolution • Work risk and fraud tools to catch abuse, exploitation, and suspicious activity • Manage player escalations, disputes, and edge cases • Keep promotions implemented correctly and performing as intended • Be the main point of contact with platform providers and key vendors • Write the SOPs, maintain the controls, plug the revenue leaks • Own games, players, payments, risk, and support • Fix operational issues, investigate leaks, and resolve player problems
🎯 Requirements
• Hands-on casino backoffice experience — SoftGamings, EveryMatrix, Pragmatic Hub, or similar • Direct experience with RTP configs, promo mechanics, withdrawals, and stuck payments • Comfortable with crypto payments and tools • Startup or lean iGaming experience — not just Tier-1 regulated environments • High attention to detail • Ownership mindset • No hand-holding required
