📋 Description

• Lead enterprise and business unit projects from initiation through implementation • Develop and manage project plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables across concurrent initiatives • Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and document functional requirements • Assess operational impacts and identify risks, dependencies, and issues • Implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes • Manage cross-functional project teams and coordinate participation across departments • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, status updates, and recommendations • Analyze business processes for optimization, standardization, and automation opportunities • Develop frameworks promoting consistency and efficiency across business lines • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and develop business cases for transformation initiatives • Partner with IT teams to align system solutions with business requirements and validate deliverables • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams • Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement • Support continuous improvement initiatives enhancing operational effectiveness and performance • Escalate significant strategic or resource-related issues to senior leadership as appropriate • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive professional experience • At least 3 years in project management or business operations roles • Experience in consumer lending operations or related industry preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate business needs into structured project plans • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects under strict timelines • Knowledge of banking or financial services operations preferred • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Effective negotiation and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered • PMP certification preferred • Must reside in an eligible state • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM availability
