📋 Description

• Initiate and execute investigations into allegations, suspicious activities, or emerging issues • Plan and conduct investigations using interviews, surveillance, and document reviews • Gather documents, physical evidence, and electronic records while preserving data integrity • Analyze findings to establish factual patterns and identify risks or deviations from standards • Prepare detailed investigation reports with methodologies, findings, and corrective actions • Maintain investigation records, evidence logs, and follow-up outcomes • Collaborate with internal personnel, external agencies, and law enforcement as required • Present findings in meetings, hearings, or court proceedings when necessary • Ensure investigations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies • Maintain integrity and confidentiality throughout investigations • Stay current on investigative tools, techniques, and regulatory changes • Recommend improvements to investigative protocols and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • Minimum of 4 years of relevant investigative experience • Relevant experience may include law enforcement, corporate compliance, internal audit, or similar investigative work • Must have a valid Arkansas driver's license • Specialized certifications may be required, such as Certified Fraud Examiner or Certified Forensic Investigator • Ability to analyze complex information, identify patterns, and draw logical conclusions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong observational skills • Familiarity with modern investigative tools, data management software, and digital evidence collection techniques • Commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and responsible handling of sensitive information • Critical thinking and efficient problem-solving abilities • Complete application with work history and references required • Must be authorized to work in the United States
