📋 Description

• Support attorneys and staff on high-volume matters to ensure deadlines and client service expectations are met. • Assist with the implementation of processes, technologies, and tools that improve efficiency and service delivery. • Contribute to the development and upkeep of knowledge management resources, templates, and reference guides. • Collect and organize data to support reporting on matter activity, staffing, and other client needs. • Learn and use legal project management tools and other technology platforms to create efficiencies. • Provide onboarding assistance for new personnel joining client projects. • Coordinate with client teams and develop familiarity with legal concepts and terminology relevant to supported workstreams. • Assist in defining project scope, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with program leadership. • Track matter activity, budgets, and project progress under the guidance of project leads. • Provide administrative and task management support to ensure accountability across client teams. • Support the rollout of process improvements and participate in attorney training and coaching sessions. • Help prepare materials and reports to support performance tracking and client reporting. • Coordinate updates to client-facing matter management sites and assist with data accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• GED or High School Diploma or 4+ years’ experience in legal services or other professional services industry OR Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years’ experience in legal services or other professional services industry required; Paralegal certificate preferred • Familiarity with project management principles and/or process improvement methodologies • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail • Strong organizational, problem-solving skills and ability to pivot quickly and effectively in changing environments, with a focus on how we can provide a solution and not the reasons we cannot • Strong interpersonal, and communication skills in English and the ability to effectively communicate, both verbal and written, with all levels of a professional services organization. • Experience working collaboratively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint required. • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) preferred. • Willingness to learn new technologies quickly and apply them effectively. • Availability and willingness to work overtime as needed.
