📋 Description

• Campaign delivery end to end — from brief to launch to post-mortem • Creative production timelines — digital ads, email, landing pages, UGC • Go-to-market coordination — launches, seasonal pushes, new channel rollouts • AI-augmented marketing ops — automate recurring status updates, brief generation, competitive monitoring • Stakeholder communication — Growth, Paid, Clinical, and Regulatory in sync at all times • Delivery metrics — on-time launch rate, creative cycle time, brief-to-publish time

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in marketing ops, project management, or campaign management at a DTC, SaaS, or health brand • Proven ability to run parallel campaigns across paid, organic, email, and/or CRM channels without dropping the ball • Hands-on AI tooling — you've automated a brief template, a status report, or a content calendar. Show the work. • Strong written English — all coordination is async • Familiarity with tools like Asana, Notion, Monday.com, or equivalent
