📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams • Ensure alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget • Oversee implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) • Collaborate with engineering, operations, IT, and quality teams • Identify business growth opportunities through market analysis, customer engagement, and value-added solutions • Support proposal development, customer presentations, partnership evaluations, and strategic planning • Manage program risks, issues, and change requests • Maintain communication with stakeholders and executive leadership • Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms • Foster relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure program success and long-term retention

🎯 Requirements

• Must be US Citizen to support ITAR client • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, or related field • 10+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial systems, or technology environments • Hands-on experience with MES platforms, such as Siemens Opcenter, iBase-t Solumina, and Apriso • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives • Experience in business development, market analysis, and customer-facing activities • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills • PMP or similar certification preferred • Experience with digital transformation, Industry 4.0, or enterprise manufacturing systems preferred • Background in industrial technology or advanced manufacturing environments preferred
