📋 Description

• Review each prospective patient's background, stated goals, and health concerns before every discovery call • Listen to prospective patients and determine honestly whether the practice is the right fit • Answer questions accurately and set clear expectations about the clinic's capabilities • Document outcomes after every call • Update the CRM pipeline and manage follow-up tasks • Conduct weekly reviews of prospective patients who are still considering • Proactively reach out when expectations need to be reset before a call • Prepare every discovery call at least 45 minutes in advance • Communicate consistently and clearly across all touchpoints

🎯 Requirements

• Strong consultative communication skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational habits and attention to detail • Experience working with CRM platforms; familiarity with GHL or similar systems is a plus • Comfort with video conferencing tools (Zoom) and scheduling platforms (Acuity) • Ability to manage a full calendar of appointments and follow-up tasks without dropping threads • Experience in healthcare, wellness, patient coordination, or consultative advising preferred • Familiarity with thyroid conditions or functional/integrative medicine is a plus, not a requirement
