📋 Description

• Serve as an active contributor to the firm’s AI-first technology strategy. • Assess AI and technology solutions through a transactional lens. • Conduct structured evaluations of new tools. • Partner with the Manager, Process Innovation and the CKIO on technology roadmap planning. • Design and deliver training programs for attorneys. • Support change management efforts by building relationships with attorney champions. • Participate in tool implementation projects from evaluation through rollout.

🎯 Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school preferred; will consider candidates without a JD who have substantial legal experience in a transactional context. • Minimum 1–2 years of legal experience in M&A, corporate transactions, real estate, or a closely related area (law firm, in-house, or government). • Strong working knowledge of transactional concepts: deal structure, due diligence, contract negotiation, closing mechanics, and related documentation. • Genuine interest in legal technology and AI. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • High proficiency with Microsoft Office; comfort with legal research platforms (Westlaw, Lexis, or equivalent). • Ability to manage competing priorities, communicate proactively, and work effectively across teams. • Occasional travel required.
