📋 Description

• Provide strategic communications, graphic design, and data visualization support to Dynanet and federal clients • Translate complex technical, policy, and program information into clear, accessible communications • Develop fact sheets, infographics, presentations, digital graphics, visual explainers, and other internal and public-facing materials • Provide video editing and multimedia production support, including visual refinement, graphics integration, and supporting creative assets • Develop executive-level presentations and briefing materials for leadership and stakeholders • Translate regulatory and operational requirements into outage-reporting logic, data requirements, visualizations, and communications materials • Develop dashboard concepts and data visualizations showing outage trends, geographic impact, duration, severity, affected services, and other operational indicators • Collaborate with technical teams, program leadership, subject matter experts, and communications stakeholders • Provide graphic design and communications support for corporate initiatives, presentations, capability materials, proposals, marketing collateral, internal communications, and branded assets • Create graphics, page layouts, infographics, process diagrams, and visual concepts for proposal and business development efforts • Apply information design, UX, accessibility, branding, and visual hierarchy principles across presentations, dashboards, documents, and digital communications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, balance, and effectively advance multiple competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment • Ability to interact in a professional and collaborative manner with fellow Dynanet Teammates, clients, and business partners • Ability and desire to challenge and educate yourself to support and advance IT services delivery in the Federal agencies served • Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills • Respond to team member and client requests via email, MS Teams, or other communication means during core business hours • Active listening skills to understand clients' needs • Collaboration skills to work with other developers and designers
