📋 Description

• Govern and enable the Dynata Program Increment process across assigned programs • Lead, coach, and develop Release Train Engineers operating Agile Release Trains • Drive adoption of SAFe principles and practices across Product, Engineering, and Operations • Facilitate and govern PI Planning and pre-PI refinement events • Ensure quarterly alignment between business and technology • Establish and monitor program-level standards for predictability, flow, dependencies, and PI objective delivery • Advise program and executive stakeholders on risks, trade-offs, and improvement opportunities • Oversee ART execution and cross-team ceremonies through RTEs • Monitor dependencies, risks, and impediments and ensure escalation paths • Track program metrics and drive corrective actions • Ensure Inspect & Adapt events produce measurable, actionable improvements • Synthesize insights across programs and recommend organizational improvements • Coach leaders, Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and teams on agile principles and scaled delivery • Maintain program-level artifacts including Program Boards, PI Objectives, dashboards, and dependency tracking • Support organizational change management and agile practice maturity • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Architecture leadership to improve business and execution alignment • Refine Dynata’s agile operating model toward systemic optimization, portfolio strategy, and business value alignment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of two active SAFe or Agile certifications; SAFe RTE preferred • More than five years of experience leading software teams at the program level, typically 5–8 years • Minimum two years coordinating multiple teams simultaneously • Minimum three PI Planning events facilitated or co-facilitated • Experience in leadership without authority • Experience facilitating large-scale events with 50+ participants • Executive coaching experience • Cross-functional communication experience • Knowledge of flow and predictability metrics • Experience with dependency management and conflict resolution • Relevant certifications such as SAFe RTE, SPC, SASM, PSM, or ICP-ACC • Working knowledge of the Dynata Product & Engineering Process • Knowledge of Jira, including Jira Plans, Azure DevOps, and Linear • Familiarity with Dynata’s two-project Jira model • Knowledge of Miro, Mural, Lucidchart, and Aha! Roadmaps • Knowledge of Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, and Google Meet • Knowledge of Mentimeter, Slido, and Poll Everywhere • Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, Jira Dashboards, EazyBI, and Monday • Knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets • Knowledge of SAFe 6.0, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
